Integrity Due Diligence
One of the actions that are part of the Petrobras Program for the Prevention of Corruption (PPPC) is the Integrity Due Diligence (DDI), which aims to increase security in the contracting of goods and services and to mitigate possible risks in the relationship with our suppliers, subsidizing the evaluation of the criterion Integrity.
To meet this criterion, companies need to provide information about their organizational structure and business relationship with public agents, integrity history, third party relationships, and integrity program. This information subsidizes the DDI procedure, the result of which is the attribution of the Degree of Risk of Integrity (GRI).
Get to know which information is analyzed on the DDI procedure.
