Improvements to the Scheduling Process - SAP YARD
Starting May 25th, the delivery scheduling process for ARM Rio and ARM Macaé will be updated. It will become faster, with fewer steps and greater agility in selecting dates and times on the calendar.
How the workflow will be:
Application - Attach Technical Documents: Perform a bulk update of items that do not require a certificate.
Pre-scheduling: The invoice is no longer required for pre-scheduling. Pre-scheduling will now be based on the order and its items.
Date Confirmation: The supplier will be able to view, in a consolidated way on a single calendar, all available dates and shifts for scheduling, without having to click on each day individually.
Invoice Key Inclusion: Scheduling will be effective after the invoice is issued. The insertion of the access key (44 positions) into the system will be mandatory, in addition to invoicing up to 5 (five) days before the scheduled date, as a condition for the scheduling to be effective.
Important - Invoice Inclusion
We emphasize that the invoice must be attached in the final stage of the process.
The sending of the invoice has been intentionally placed at the end, as a conclusive and indispensable step for receiving the goods.
Attention: If the invoice is not attached, the warehouse will not receive the merchandise, without exception.
We reinforce the importance of paying close attention to this point to avoid refusals and delays in the process.

In-person Supplier Service
The new available modality for scheduling appointments.
• Manaus/AM - Manaus 1 Building (EDIMAN 1);
• Paulínia/SP - Paulínia Refinery (REPLAN);
• Rio de Janeiro/RJ - Senado Building (EDISEN);
• Salvador/BA - Pituba Tower Building (PITUBA);
• Vitória/ES - (EDIVIT).
From now on, in addition to video-based assistance, suppliers will also have access to a self-scheduling system for in-person appointments.
For any further questions or needs, they will be recorded during the appointment, and the responses will be provided later.
How to schedule in-person or video-based appointments
Companies that wish to receive information or guidance regarding the Registration can schedule an appointment through Petronect. To do so, simply access the Petronect Portal, log in, click on the "Cadastro na Petrobras" (Registration in Petrobras) menu, select the "Agendamentos" (Appointments) option, and then click on "Agendar Participação" (Schedule Appointment), choose the desired modality (select a location for in-person appointments), and select an available time slot from the agenda.
For companies that do not have a login and password, it is necessary to previously register by providing the CNPJ and location information.
This registration can be done through the Quero me Cadastrar (I Want to Register) link in order to enable scheduling.
At the scheduled time, an analyst will clarify your doubts about the registration process and provide personalized guidance for your case.

For remote video-based appointments, you will need a computer with a webcam and an internet connection, as the meeting will be conducted through the Teams application (a link will be sent for browser access). If you have any questions about accessing Teams, click on Support for Using Teams.
