Withheld tax consultation

There are three systems available to consult receipts for taxes withheld under our contracts: Receipt for the withholding of the Tax on Services of any Nature (ISS), Withheld Federal Income Tax Report, and Social Security Form (GPS).

ISS Withholding Receipt

Our service providers, both Petrobras’s and its subsidiaries’, can consult the ISS withholding receipts in the Wiss system. Receipts are available every month, due to the tax calculation of the ISS that was withheld. A receipt is issued for each invoice filed by the service provider.

To access the Wiss system, suppliers must have an e-mail registered on our database, and a password will be issued for them. Those who have not yet registered their e-mails should contact the contract inspector.

Before accessing Wiss, having their passwords, it is necessary to update the registry to enable access to the system, which can be done by clicking here. Login is made using the supplier’s Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ/CPF) (“key” field), a Taxpayer’s ID (CPF) to register who made the change (“identification document” field), and the password we sent by e-mail.

It will be only possible to access Wiss and generate ISS receipts after the registry has been updated.

Earnings Report

The federal taxes withheld from the payments made to the suppliers of goods and services are stated in the earnings report, as instructed under the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service Normative Instruction 1215/2011.

The document details the withholding of taxes: Income Tax (IR), Social Contribution on Net Income (CSLL), Social Integration Program (PIS), and Contribution for Social Security Financing (Cofins). The reports are issued per Taxpayer’s ID (CNPJ) and group the withholdings made throughout the year, organized by Revenue codes.

Documents are issued annually in the same period in which we transmit the Statement of Withholding Income Tax (Dirf).

To access the earnings receipt, the suppliers must have the e-mail registered on our database, to which the access password will be sent. Those who have not yet registered the e-mail should contact the contract supervisor.

Social Security Form

Each month we make available the Social Security Form (GPS), which proves the payment of the social security contribution withheld from the suppliers, pursuant to Normative Institution 971/2009.

A GPS is issued for each invoice the service provider files. These forms may be consulted in the WGPS system.

To access the system, suppliers must have the e-mail registered in our database, to which the password will be sent. Those who do not have their e-mail registered yet should contact the contract supervisor.
