Autonomia e Renda Petrobras Program: Professional Qualification and Connection to Employment Opportunities

The Autonomia e Renda Petrobras Program is an initiative by Petrobras, in partnership with the Federal Institutes, FAIFSul, and SENAI SESI, aimed at expanding employment opportunities in the regions where the company operates through the provision of free professional qualification courses. With an investment of approximately R$370 million through 2028, the Program is expected to offer nearly 20,000 training places in more than 40 municipalities across seven Brazilian states, contributing to the development of professionals for the oil and gas sector and promoting the social inclusion of people in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability.

Throughout its implementation, the Program invests in the training of thousands of individuals through free technical and vocational qualification courses, prioritizing people in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability and historically underrepresented groups, such as women, Black people, persons with disabilities, Indigenous peoples, Quilombola communities, refugees, and transgender individuals. The Program supports workforce development for the oil, gas, and energy sectors, contributes to local development, and expands the availability of qualified labor for the supplier chain.

In addition to technical training, participants receive preparation aligned with labor market demands, including content related to health, safety, and environmental practices (HSE), socio-emotional skills development, and employability-focused activities. The Program also promotes employability fairs, technical visits, and initiatives that connect companies and students, strengthening the link between professional qualification and employment opportunities.

3. Complete the company registration information;
4. Once the registration has been validated, the company will be able to advertise job opportunities and access the résumé database available on the Program's employability platform.
