BUSINESS PLAN 2026–2030 AND HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH PETROBRAS

Petrobras held, on February 3, 2026, in Shanghai, the event “Presentation of the Business Plan 2026–2030 and How to Do Business with Petrobras,” bringing together more than 240 representatives from approximately 130 supplier companies, as well as Brazilian and Chinese authorities and institutions.

The initiative presented the 2026–2030 Business Plan, outlined partnership opportunities, and was part of the company’s strategy to strengthen relationships with its value chain and expand its supplier base aligned with the challenges and objectives of the plan.

On January 23, Petrobras held an important event at FIRJAN, at its headquarters in downtown Rio de Janeiro. The event aimed to connect micro and small businesses in the oil, natural gas, and shipbuilding industries with major buyers, creating a qualified space for dialogue and the exchange of experiences.

This edition focused on the subsea equipment and services market, with the participation of over 200 companies.

FEBRUARY

ONSHORE IBP - FIRJAN

February 4, 2025

On February 4, Petrobras took part in the Brazil Energy Forum with suppliers for onshore projects, held at FIRJAN’s headquarters in Rio de Janeiro. The event brought together more than 400 companies and aimed to reaffirm Petrobras’ commitment to strengthening the national industry.

Petrobras executives presented details about the portfolio of projects currently being implemented or under evaluation by the company for the next five years.

Marcio Pereira, Petrobras’ General Manager of Supplier Market Relations, also gave a presentation on how to do business with Petrobras, highlighting key aspects of the company's contracting and registration processes.

AMAZON OIL & GAS ENERGY

Petrobras participated in the Business Roundtable during the 2025 edition of the Amazonas Oil, Gas & Energy fair, held from March 18 to 20.

The Business Roundtable is an activity aimed at allowing local companies to showcase their products and services, connect with partners, develop relationships, and especially to better understand the opportunities and how to do business with Petrobras.

As one of the 8 anchor companies, our team conducted over 30 meetings during the event, actively listening and supporting our suppliers.

SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT FOR RNEST- MEETING WITH SUPPLIERS

On March 20, Petrobras held the Supplier Development for RNEST “Meeting with Suppliers” in Curitiba, Paraná, in collaboration with Sebrae. The event aimed to connect small companies from Paraná with the Company’s business opportunities.

During the event, Petrobras presented its contracting activities, investment outlook, and guidelines on how to establish partnerships with the Company, as well as other relevant topics such as the Petrobras Program Against Sexual Violence and Workplace Harassment (PPCVST).

VITORIA PETROSHOW

Petrobras was present at the 6th edition of Vitória Petroshow, the largest energy sector fair in Espírito Santo, held from April 8 to 10.

We participated with a booth and in the Business Roundtable, and also presented the topics “How to Do Business and Opportunities with Petrobras” and “How to Prepare to Supply in the O&G Value Chain” at the fair’s plenary sessions.

On April 15th, Petrobras held the event "Business Opportunities and Supplier Qualification" at Fiesp, bringing together around 300 participants interested in learning about the opportunities generated by the investments outlined in the 2025-2029 Business Plan. With the presence of executive managers from the company, challenges and opportunities in the areas of Exploration and Production, Refining, and Renewable Energies were discussed, highlighting the importance of the State of São Paulo as a strategic hub for the supply of goods and services.

The event also emphasized the relevance of respecting Human Rights and integrity as fundamental pillars for partnerships with Petrobras. Marcio Pereira, General Manager of Supplier Market Relations, stressed the company's commitment to the national industry, reinforcing that the development of projects depends on a strong and healthy industry.

OTC TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE USA

May 5 to 8, 2025

Houston - USA

The traditional Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston brought together energy professionals from around the world to share ideas and innovations, discuss, debate, and build consensus around the most urgent topics concerning the current issues affecting the offshore energy sector.

Among other activities, Petrobras held the event “How to do Business with Petrobras” on May 7 during the OTC, which gathered representatives from over 300 suppliers from various segments interested in supplying goods and services and developing partnerships with the company and Brazilian companies in the gas and energy sector.

Maritime trade fair that has been held in Norway biennially since 1965. It is one of the main international transportation events and an important meeting point and forum for the shipping industry.

The SP Offshore 2025 took place on June 25 and 26 in Santos/SP and was dedicated to the opportunities in the offshore industry along the São Paulo coast.

Petrobras played a prominent role as the Master sponsor of the event, with a central booth and a specialized technical team available to engage with suppliers and other interested parties.

MACAÉ ENERGY

July 1 to 3, 2025

Between July 1st and 3rd, the Macaé Energy 2025 event took place, with the participation of Petrobras and other companies from the sector. In one of the event’s panels, we presented Business Opportunities with Petrobras.

In addition, we took part in the Opportunity Network organized by Firjan, which featured three supplier service tables, expanding the company's presence compared to the previous edition.

ONIP

July 8, 2025

Petrobras held an online event with the National Organization of the Petroleum Industry (ONIP) on July 8 to discuss strategic drivers, business opportunities, and procurement and registration procedures.

On the occasion, Petrobras presented the main strategic guidelines for the supplier market and shared information about its investment portfolio and contracting processes.

The event also featured a discussion among ONIP board members, where the main challenges faced by suppliers in the oil and gas market were addressed.

The Sergipe Oil & Gas event contributes as the main environment to foster a new cycle of development in the segment. The event encourages the formation of new regional markets in the value chain, seeking to evaluate established strategies, verify results, and strategically propose infrastructure to attract new players to the State.

In this context, in addition to participating in the technical program of the fair through various lectures and panels, Petrobras was also present at the business roundtable, where our team engaged with dozens of companies interested in becoming suppliers to the company.

During the meeting, Petrobras presented its procurement procedures, registration criteria, and current business opportunities.

MEC SHOW

August 5 to 7, 2025

Vitória - ES

The event brought together companies and professionals from the mining, steel, pulp and paper, oil and gas, and shipbuilding sectors, providing Petrobras with an opportunity to connect with current and potential suppliers.

At the Petrobras booth, lectures were held specifically for suppliers and potential suppliers, with the goal of presenting business opportunities and clarifying doubts about the company's procurement and registration processes.

In addition, we participated in several panels throughout the fair, notably in the panel “Digital Transformation and Competitiveness in the Value Chain” and the panel “What Are the Real Challenges in the Procurement Area and What Is Still Missing in the Supplier Market?”

The Business Roundtable, traditionally held during the fair, was another opportunity for the Petrobras team to connect with participating companies, providing detailed information on the company’s procurement and registration procedures.

CONEXÃO INDUSTRIAL NORTE

Petrobras is participating in the second edition of Conexão Industrial Norte, considered the largest B2B business event in Northern Minas, held in Montes Claros. This event brings together industries, financial institutions, and dozens of regional suppliers, and Petrobras is present as one of the anchor companies, seeking to connect with current and potential suppliers.

In addition to participating in the traditional Business Roundtable, Petrobras delivered a presentation on its procurement and registration processes, with a special focus on business opportunities related to its Biofuel Plant, located in the municipality since 2009.

54th AMAPÁ EXPOFAIR

We attended the 54th Amapá ExpoFair, which took place from August 30 to September 7 at the Fazendinha Exhibition Park, in the South Zone of Macapá. For the first time, the Fair included an area dedicated to the oil and gas industry in its business pavilion.

Petrobras had a booth at the event, and the Procurement team served companies in the region, also holding a Business Roundtable and presentations on the contracting and registration processes, Petronect, and the ESG Journey for Suppliers.

DOWNSTREAM INDUSTRY SUPPLIERS MEETING IN BRAZIL

Organized by ABIMAQ, the event showcased Petrobras’ main downstream projects and new business opportunities for the national machinery and equipment industry.

SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT MEETING FOR REPAR

November 13, 2025
Araucária – Paraná, Brazil

REPAR, in partnership with Sebrae, held the Supplier Development Meeting for REPAR with the objective of connecting small and micro-sized local companies with the demand for goods and services of the Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery.

During the event, company representatives attended presentations on the refinery, its contracting and registration processes, and the resources available on Petronect to support suppliers. The initiative included the participation of REPAR, Supply Chain, and Petronect teams and is aligned with the strategy to strengthen the local supplier base.

REPLAN held a supplier engagement event focused on supplier development. During the meeting, the Supply Chain team delivered the presentations “ESG in the Supplier Value Chain” and “How to Do Business with Petrobras”, detailing the steps companies need to take to prepare and qualify for future business opportunities with Petrobras.

DECEMBER

OIAPOQUE ENERGY 2025

December 2-3, 2025

Oiapoque – Amapá, Brazil

Oiapoque Energy 2025 brought together government representatives, industry experts, and investors to discuss the future of energy development in the state of Amapá. The conference focused on opportunities related to oil and gas exploration in the Equatorial Margin, as well as on the promotion of renewable energy and sustainable regional development.

During the event, topics such as workforce qualification, job creation, investment attraction, and strategic partnerships were discussed. The discussions also addressed the role of Petrobras and other industry players in the responsible development of energy resources, in addition to the use of royalties as a tool to support economic diversification and strengthen local development.
